Summer at CETUSPRO isn't a time of downtime - it's when our team grows. Recruitment for summer internships has wrapped up, and the selected candidates are already working on real, commercial tasks under the guidance of mentors.
Summer is a great time to break into IT
At CETUSPRO, we've long believed in people who want to learn by doing. Summer internships are part of our Cetus Elevate initiative - real recruitment, real work on commercial projects, and a mentor by your side instead of theory disconnected from reality.
Recruitment ran in two stages. The first was a short application survey, where candidates described their experience and interests. The second was a practical recruitment task - candidates could choose the area they wanted to be tested in themselves: frontend, backend, full stack, mobile, QA, DevOps, or electronics/IoT. This format let us assess real skills and problem-solving approach in the field closest to each candidate's interests.
The team was joined by those who performed best in the recruitment task - regardless of prior commercial experience. They're the ones we're now working with on real projects.
